Our extra large sized heating pad is filled with organic lavender and rice to give a moist, soothing heat.
 
Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, squeezing the bag in between heating cycles to distribute heat.  Do not overheat.  Use caution if using directly on the skin.
 
Long-lasting!  I have on that's over 5 years old and the scent has faded but it still works great!
 
Can also be stored in the freezer and used cold for headaches and bruises.
